Dear girls...

We need to write a book, "How to turn men off". Some attention is nice. Too little of it may affect a girl's self-esteem. Too much just gets annoying, especially when you have lack of time. Also, I know of some guys who believe that perserverence pays off no matter how many times you've rejected them which is possibly only true in drama serials. Sometimes I wish I never had a mobile phone. It rings at unearthly hours when I'm sleeping, or when I simply need some peace and quiet to read a book, watch a show or to play with my doggies. Perhaps having a touch screen phone has made me reluctant to reply to messages or answer phone calls, unless I absolutely desire to or I'm expecting a call. I haven't really touched my phone for some time in fact, except to message Valas or Jill or Michelle, or to call my daddy to ask if he could pick me up from school.

So Susan Mayer from Desperate Housewives discovered from Edie Britt that she has been relying on men her whole life. There's a fine line between wanting a man and needing one. Ultimately it depends on your ability to tear away from your dependency on your partner.

Wish I could stay longer, but mummy's nagging at me to do my laundry.
