Exercise and Weight Loss...

Well, it's something I've already realised for some time, because as you know, I used to exercise quite a bit. But funny, I lose weight at the same rate even though I exercise much less now. There are tricks to attain that, of course. If I wanted to lose all the weight I've put on since my last post on losing too much weight, I probably could within a week and achieve the gaunt look.

Having an eating disorder for more than 10 years has helped me understand the way my body metabolises calories. Everyone burns energy differently, so what works for me may not work for others. Only tip I can offer is to understand your own body. Not asking people to go get an eating disorder. Just saying, go try out different methods of losing weight until you find one that works. I think the only reason why I still have muscles even though I don't workout as much as before is because I spent 5 years doing nothing but building them, and they should probably stay for quite some time. Oh and being anxious all the time does help, a lot, but yea I wouldn't recommend gettin panic attacks. I fidget a lot too, and my muscles are tense quite so often. I guess that contributes to higher metabolism. Wearing heels helps me improve my posture and requires extra energy to balance. Other than that, I sit a lot and sleep a lot. So well, yea look out for stuff that helps you understand the way your body uses up energy. That would help you know your own body better.

Most importantly, as long as you don't take up 2/3 of the couch space, you don't have to fret, because seriously, guys don't freaking care if you think you look fat or not, just as long as you're confident and natural. "Aesthetic enhancements" do not help you get the good guys. But if it's assholes you're going for, then I say go ahead.

Oooh and you know what's the best way to burn calories? One word: orgasms. I'm just saying. :)

Big Fat Brands

Hands up if you're the type who buys branded stuff only because of its brand, and will sell them afterwards when you have no money and want to "upgrade" to a new branded product.

Seriously ah. No money then don't buy la. I've seen people working their asses off on weekends just to buy a Gucci bag or a Chanel something and it blows my mind. I'm okay with big brands, except when people who do not have the means to purchase them squeeze every last cent from their bank accounts just to possess a branded product, I get irked by that idea. It just goes to show how materialistic these people are. I don't even envy people who can carry an LV bag, because for all you know, it might be fake. I don't even think I covet for one. I'd rather spend that few thousand dollars on travel or investments. (I don't mean to sound mean, but look at the 'quality' of people who own these branded stuff; it makes me not want to own them because I don't want to be associated with them.)

Also, if you own a fake branded product, then just admit la. You'll look more stupid if someone thought you were cheated and cannot tell the difference between the real and the fake stuff. Pffft.

Okay I like shopping, but I only do it if I had spare cash. And yes, I do keep track of how much I have in my bank account and make sure that the balance increases every month, and doesn't head downwards, because I know I need the money in the future if I want to move out of my parents' home.

The world is a fucked up place. Thank goodness for my friends who are none the wiser. See, who says I need to change friends? :P I have awesomely smart friends and I love them for being such good influence.
