Random-ness

Woohoo look at the time. Love the zeroes. 12am sharp. Bad weather today. The heat is giving me a very bad headache, so I'll hit the sack soon. Not coughing as much now, probably like once every 45 mins, so it's good, but I wanna be on cough meds because it's the only thing that can get me to sleep now.

I'm getting anxiety attacks again, chest hurts, but it's not just work stress that's causing it. I'm worried about stupid things, like undone laundry, expiring baking ingredients (especially this!!!), and uhh the usual, getting fat blahdeblah. I feel the need to bake and finish using my ingredients. I should really start making the french dessert thing, the galette de rois, since January is coming. My mum just threw away some of my baking stuff because they expired. Urgh. I don't mind eating expired food... So wasted, all my stocking up. :( Shouldn't have bought so much of those sugar-free Jello and pudding stuff last year when I went to the US. I also bought lots of chocolate chips, which I really really need to use. Will 190 degrees Celsius kill mould? Don't think there'll be mould, but you know, just in case. :D

Ben gave me a book for Christmas. It's called The Prodigal God. Will read it every night before I go to bed, perhaps it'll calm me down if I think too much. It's new year's eve! No one to kiss at midnight. Boo. I'll just kiss my little soft toys tomorrow night. Now I miss my boy even more... All the best things are so hard to get. :\

Mmkay cough meds kicking in... Need sleep soon! :) Toodles peeps!

After going to Australia, I'm of the opinion that expired food products are fine. I've heard there are shops that sell outright expired products. Heh...

But erm... Better be careful with mould because they might withstand extreme temperatures, so your baking may not actually kill the mould... :)
Haha yea expiry dates are just there as a raw gauge. So hmmm shall look out for mould. :P
